• Market Testing

Gives us the ability to trial new products without massive upfront costs involved in mass production and reduced my risk so I can continue to do what I love!

  • Waste Reduction

It massively reduced waste as we only ever create a product when it is sold, so there is no stock sitting around potentially not selling and ending up in landfill!

  • Cost to consumer

It gives an independent creative the ability to offer prints and other products at a much lower cost to consumers, win for you and for me!

Things You Didn’t Ask, but I’m Telling You Anyway

The Lucy Lore...

Biggest creative inspo?

A mix of pop culture, sarcasm, and vibes. Also self love and being obnoxious about it. That helps. Creativity is so important for my mental wellbeing, most of the time I am really only doing it for myself, and we should all be a bit more selfish.

If you weren’t running Dynes Design, what would you be doing?

Literally, could not be me. I tried to take a break from myself but honestly, I have too much fun over here. Probably crying.

Current creative obsession?

Being obnoxious and taking up space. Also really in to art journalling at the moment, it's so calming and freeing to just make a mess in a sketchbook just because. 10/10 would recommend.

What’s the deal with your brand name?

That's literally my name dude. Also, alliteration? Sexy. 2 words? Also sexy.

Everything is yellow...

Fuck yea dude. I wish there was more yellow. I love yellow. It's loud, warm, fun, vibrant. Like a sunny hug. Don't hate me coz you ain't me.

One hill you’ll die on?

Pineapple absolutely belongs on pizza. But more importantly, trans rights are human rights, no human is illegal, abortion is healthcare... I could go on.

What's with the greyhound obsession?

Sorry but have you met one?! They’re basically gentle, lanky depry noodles... Part supermodel with those long legs, part couch potato, and 100% weird in the best way (the roaching, the puffy cheeks...). They’ll zoom like a tornado for 20 seconds and then sleep for 20 hours. It’s a lifestyle I deeply respect. Adopt don't shop!

So, animals?

They're just the best ever and I would do literally anything to make sure an animal is taken care of and not suffering. Like the time I hand reared a baby seagull and taught it how to fly when I found it on the road when it was JUST BORN. Or the time I worked in a cat rescue specialising in feral cats and medically complex surrenders and saved hundreds of tiny furry lives... But like, I want to talk about all the animals... I just don't have the space here...

What’s something people should know about you?

Fat? Check. Unapologetic? Double check. Disabled, thriving, and a bit chaotic? Absolutely. Body-positive, obsessed with furry friends, and addicted to sea swimming. I laugh loudly, overthink sometimes, and take up space unapologetically... Because why the hell not?

What’s the most random thing you’ve cried over?

Baby goats. I don't know why but they make me sob... Totally normal.

Any advice for other creatives?

Make your art, speak your truth, and don’t shrink yourself to fit a world that wasn’t built with you in mind. You rock. Also, not everything you creative has to have a monetary value, you can create for fun, and you SHOULD.

Don't see what you're after?

Maybe it's a design job you need doing, or you have an artwork idea, or maybe you just like my face and want to say hi, whatever you're after, just drop me a message and I'm sure we can figure something out, and if I can't, then I can probably recommend someone who can!

  • Ella

My first ever greyhound, and the dog that would spark my greyhound passion, open me up to the world of rescues, and got me in to pet portrait work as I honed my skills using her as reference. Sadly no longer with us as of 2024 at the age of 13.

  • Conor

My second greyhound and my current bestie. He's an anxious boy (relatable, me too), who loves a big cuddle and is obsessed with snacks. Sadly passed May 20th 2026 at the age of 12.
